RACK RATES Aug 2010 – Apr 2012
The following rates are quoted per
room, per night, in South African Rands (ZAR). They
include VAT at 14%. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Guests have the option of taking the Mountain Suite
as either a 1 or 2 bedroom suite. Rate for 2 bedroom
suite available on request.
Rates include:
- full gourmet breakfast, made to order
- complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks
- fully personalised concierge service
Rates exclude:
- lunch and dinner
- airport transfers
- gratuities
Booking term and conditions
- To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required
- Balance of accommodation cost is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival to ensure non-cancellation of the booking
- For bookings within 30 days of arrival, the full accommodation cost is payable upon confirmation
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival – the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card
- If the event of premature departure, the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
- Refunds and waivers of the cancellation policy are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the room
- Minimum four night stay 20 December to 2 January
